1999 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a flashing airbag light, it flashes in a sequence of 2 then a pause then 4 flashes. my truck is a 7.3 liter diesel. WHats does it mean? I dont believe it is the clock spring

The RCM monitors back-up power supply, accelerometer operation and memory. If RCM detects a failure in these components, it will store DTC B1342 in memory and flash Code 24 on AIR BAG warning light.
Possible Causes
An RCM internal fault could be caused by improperly operating accelerometer, back-up power supply, internal module circuit fault or microcontroller RAM/ROM/EEPROM failure.
