My truck will crank but after sitting for more than 2 days it will not start without at least 30 minutes of cranking. After it does start it seem to start with no problems if I start it every day but if it sits for a couple of days I have to start the long process of starting it again. The fuel pump does seem to be working I have tried to prime the fuel pump by turning the key off and on several times and that seems to help but only a little.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also test the fuel pump relay and also the ignition switch

If the fuel pump is working doesn't that mean the relay is good also?

Could be an intermittent problem with the relay or the computer control of the relay-
