Having troubles starting

Im having troubles starting my truck its a 1996 F-150, for awhile it would start no problem but then one day I drove it all day shut it off then went to start it again and it wouldnt start, so I had to boost it and its been like that for awhile now itll run then I shut it off and then it wont start. Now I cant even boost it. Does that sound like the starter and if so where is the starter located on these trucks.

Check the battery connections and at the starter make sure its clean/tight. This checks out might want to have the alternator and battery tested to include the starter relay/solenoid. Could also be the TRS or the Ignition switch.
