1994 F-150 4x4 short bed automatic. Replaced radiator, thermostat, when heater is turned on and temperture knob is turned up, the air is warm but not hot. 1 line going to core is hot the other is warm, how does the heater work? And what can I check out. The truck has 130k miles on it.

If the hoses are not both hot, try flushing the core, you can do it or go to a radiator shop, they can blast it out with air and water. May ultimatly need to replace the core.
