Cooling system keeps filling up with a thick brown rust?

Im having a cooling system issue, my cooling system keeps filling up with a thick brown rust and I mean thick you can spoon it like mud ive had to replace my rad, waterpump, serpenten belt, my water pump locked up due to this stuff ive had it flushed 12 times its ok for 1 wk after flush then back to the mud again I use good antifreeze, rust prevent and lube and have even used distilled water to try to help it only has 63000 miles on it uses no oil, comp ok, small loose of water. Ive even tried using a hotter thermostat and a cooler one any help will be appreciated since im out of ideas thank you

You sure someone dident put "stop leak " in the rad to get rid of a coolant leak, It comes under various other trade names and will often give that symptom
If so it would require a thorough cleraning out of the entire system plus you would find the origional leak then

Thanks for your responce ive owned the 89 ford since new I never added any stop leak it was power flushed 3 times before new rad was installed this has been a problem for 3 years at 49000 miles it got so bad I had to tear it down to rod out cooling passages this is 3rd rad 4th water pump all metals are compatable according to specs

:idea: what if you took a sample of the water to a lab and have them tell you whats in it, beats guessing.
