2008 Ford F150 CAL came up above kilometers where tempertur

2008 Ford F150 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 91000k miles

my 2008 f150. everything was fine but when i reset the trip meter CAL came up above the kilometers where the temperture should be. please help. i have taken the battery lug off like ford said but still there. they said they havent seen that happen befor?

I have to be honest, I never saw that either. Are you in CA? Has any other light come on? Have you had the computer scanned?

im in canada and it says CAL what ever that is. ford kinda freaked me out when they said they never heard of it befor.they want me to bring it in there shop so they can try to figure it out but they want 130 dollars an hour for labour and i dont have that kind of money. Thanks for the ideas tho

I looked through ever DTC for the your vehicle and CAL isn't listed.
