The drain is in the HVAC housing but if this is clogged then the water would most likely be backed up and coming out of where the blower motor sits. Here is a video that shows how to find the drain line:

So if you remove the blower motor to check for moisture inside the box that will tell you if this is the issue. If it is then you will need to remove the HVAC housing to clean it out. However, I suspect this is a heater core issue depending on how it was checked because it is unlikely that the evaporator drain will clog.
