My truck runs great some times but not after its been running on the highway or after 8+ city miles it sputters at Idle and acceleration up to 2700-3000 Rpm thought it might have been bad gas but its not could it be fuel related or ignition?

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? When was the fuel filter last replaced? Has the check engine light come on?

Glad to help. If the check engine light is on, have it scanned at a nationally recgnzed parts store. Most will do it for free. IF the light is coming on, it should help identify where the problem is coming from.

Do that before checking fuel pump pressure. Let me know what you find.
