2001 Ford F-150 Vibrates while idles

I bought my truck in 2002 and fell in love with it. But I recently sold it to help buy my house. I missed it so much I bought it back after 6 months. Now I seem to notice the truck vibrates while it idles. I used to put fuel injector cleaner once a month and I'm sure the guy I sold it to has not continued to do so. Could bad fuel be the problem?

It could be bad gas. I would also do a compression check and look for burnt or bent valves.

Might be a good idea to check vacume lines also
