1999 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Recently, My lower ball joiint broke, so I had to replace it. I replaced my lower arm and the ball joint. I have also had to replace the upper ball joint. When the lower ball joint broke, it bent the outer tie rod, causing me to replace the inner and outer tie rod and adjusting sleeve on right and left side. Having put everything back together, now when I go to drive it, my tires are hitting my sway bar. I have a 6 inch lift above the spring. I have the same set of tires but just had them rotated. Any ideas to try to stop the tires from rubbing on sway bar?
Thanks, I really appreciate it!

See My Profile. Imma Jeep Guy

I do not know your rig

On CJs and the rigs I am familiar with. There are "LIMITS" or "LIMITERS" on each side if the "Axle"

Dependent on the way the Axle is made, you can adjust these in or out to stop the SPINDLE from traveling too farthe other side limits the same way. So really you can prevent OVERTRAVEL of EACH SPINDLE. Front of Tire and Rear of tire too!

A REPAIR MANUAL WOULD HELP YOU ALOT!

This does IMPOSE ON YOUR TURNING OF A TIGHT RADIUS!

As for this is fixed, that is fixed. Who FIXED?

If things were damaged as you say, A trip to the Alignment MIGHT, at minimum show something else was possibly damagedAND YOU ARE UNAWARE!

Maybe if you are able, once it is DIAGNOSED, you could make that repair and save a little $$$ also!

This maybe throwing the whole GEOMETRY thing off, making it unsafe to drive. And making things DIFFERENT THAN USUAL!

Take no Chances with Steering!

Give me a "GOOD NEWS" Reply,

GOOD LUCK!

BE SAFE!
