FUEL PUMP WENT OUT AFTER R&R IT HAD A BAD MISS, DID A TUNE UP, NOW IT ATART'S OK AND RUN'S OK BUT HAS NO POWER, IT WON'T PULL IT'SELF HARDLY.

Get a fuel pressure reading and get back to me.

Has fuel filter ever been changed?

How long has the vehicle sat? If a vehicle sits too long the vehicle could be having issues with bad gas fouling up the plugs causing a running issue.

Even plugging up a fuel filter.

Also the transmission could be slipping very very badly
