1997 Ford F-150 lack of power @ speed

I replaced sparkplugs to solve a rough idle now i"ve got that plus a severe lack of power.I"ve had it scaned twice. And replaced the massairflow sensor, throttle position sensor, and fuel regulator. I am also on my third fuelpump in two years! The truck acts as though the timeing is retarded when off idle. Being a 5.4 I do think I could have scrued that up!

Change the wires, and the fuel filter, also you may have a restricted exhaust system.
