I have an oil leak coming from what I believe is my timing chain cover. I noticed the tensioner is rubbing against it and has burnt a hole right through it. Also there is a strange sound coming from my front wheels. It almost sounds like they are grinding or something when I drive and they also squeak if I rock them back and forth when the truck is off. What are the part numbers for the tensioner and timing chain cover if you think thats the issue. What is the issue with the sound from my wheels?

I wouldnt be checking the timing chain or tensioner to be causing the problem. I think your best bet before doing anything is to measure cam and crank endplay to see if that was causing it to rock and wear a hole.

It was the timing chain cover that has a hole in it.

I am aware of that. I was stating what could have caused the hole inside of the cover. To prevent it from coming back. Unless you know how the cover was worn?
