I have a 95 f-150, last week I went to start it and the engine wouldn't turn over. I replaced the starter, got it running. Drove it for a few days and it wouldnt turn over again the other day, I know its not the battery or the starter, the truck will start and drive if roll started but once you shut the engine off it wont turnover by itself. I'm thinking the ignition switch at the bottom of the steering column

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should be getting 12+ volts.

Let me know what you find.

I pulled the starter and had it bench tested the starter I bought last week already failed can you think of anything that would cause it to go bad that quick?
