My buddy gave me this truck. It won't do anything. When I turn the key over the lights, air conditioning, headlights turn on. But when I go to turn it over it won't do anything, no noise even. I bought a new starter, and battery. But it didnt do anything. Any tips, or advice?

Have you checked to see if there is power to the starter? Is the starter relay good? Have you checked the ignition switch?

Let me know.

The problem could be anywhere is the starter circuit like ignition switch, neutral switch, relays, fuses, etc.

Check at the solenoid next to the battery that the small wire is on the "S" terminal. Try using a jumper wire to apply power to that terminal. If it cranks, that means the starter battery and solenoid are good and the problem is elsewhere in the circuit.
