No choke to adjust fuel injected so trying to find out what needs to be replaced or cleaned to make rpms go back to normal thank-you in advance for your help

First off have you checked for any vacuum leaks around the plenum or any cracked vacuum hoses. Has the EGR valve been checked for leaks. Get back to me and we can go from there.
