1994 Ford F-150 air bag light

My air bag light is constantly blinking and none of the steering wheel control like crusie control work and i'm wondering where I would look to check the connection or if theres a fuse where it is located because I looked and neither box has a fuse for cruise control.

You will need to have the Air bag system scanned for th ecode, but it soundsliek the "clcokspring" has gone out. It is the contact plate that connects the air bag and steering wheel controls to the column
