99 Ford F150 4X4 5.4 V8 Supercab 172000 miles. The air bag symbol is on - on my dash what do I need to fix the problem so the air bag symbol will go off my dash?

You need to have the computer scanned to identify where the problem is coming from. Chances are it is a sensor. If the horn isn't working, then the click spring in the steering will need repaired / replaced.
