It has to be related to the work done. Check for vacuum leaks. It is easy to knock one off. Also, in the dark, start the engine and with the lights out, spray a light mist of water on plug wires, distributor. To see if anything is arcing. FInally, when you replaced the plugs, did you gap all of the plugs, and did you have any trouble with getting any of them in which could mean there is grease / dirt between the electrode causing the miss? One more thing, if you feel the miss at idle, with insulated plyers, remove one plug wire at a time to see if it makes it worse or no change. If there is no change, that is the cylender causing the problem. Remove the plug and check it.
