HELLO I RECENTLY BOUGHT THIS 1993 FOR F-150 EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT EXCEPT THE HEATER/AC WHEN I TURN THE HEATER ON EVERYTHING COMES ON LIKE IT SHOULD THE TRUCK WILL BLOW AIR OUT IN THE SELECTED PLACES AND THE RIGHT AMMOUNT BUT THE AIR IS JUST THE SAME TEMPERATURE AS THE AIR OUTSIDE NOT HOT WHEN THE HEAT IS ON OR COLD WHEN THE AC IS ON. PLEASE HELP!

Sounds to me like you have an inoperative blend door, it is located in the air duct right by the heater core.

I ACTUALLY TOOK OFF THE HEATER HOSES RUNNING TO THE HEATER CORE SINCE NEITHER WAS GETTING HOT AND FOUND THAT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WAS PACKED FULL OF RUST SO NOW I AM REFERENCING THE "REPLACING A HEATER CORE" TREADS. THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSE THOUGH I WILL POST AGAIN WITH HOW IT GOES

Wow, thats not good, definetely would cause that.
Post back how it goes. Be careful since its winter when your flushign it out.
