My car wont go pass 50mph and it shakes and stalls I changed the spark plugs and wires can you help me?

See my profile, I would investigate a Fuel Deprivation Problem, such as Stopped-Up Fuel Filter, crimped line, fuel pump that is not putting out enough volume, stopped-up screen in tank.
