I have 1987 Ford F-150 strait six 300 manual. The truck has between 130,000 and 160,000 miles. When the truck is cold it runs fine. After the truck is warm, I try to accelerate and the truck acts like it is running out of gas. If I let off the gas the truck idles fine. Do you think this could be the coil, ecm, module, or the distributor cap and rotor? Any feedback you can give me on this problem would be extremely helpful.

Sounds to me like you may need new plugs and wires or your igniton coil/module is no more good, within those you should find your problem.

You may have a faulty pick up coil in the distributor.
