Hi, I am changing my spark plugs & wanted to know the correct torque for them. My vhicle is a '99 Ford Explorer Limited AWD 5.0 with about 107,000 miles on her. She runs fine, but the plugs are the originals & I would feel better about getting some new ones in.

Thanks!

Hello Rob!!

The torque should be: 7-14 Ft. Lbs.

and the gap: .052" - .056"

Also i recomend you to use some antizeise on them that helps a lot on the next replacement and keep the threads in good shape!

Good Luck!!
