I have a squeaking noise that is coming from the serpentine belt, but I replaced the belt and the noise was still there. I had thought it might have been the pulley from the alternator but it ewas not that . I replaced the tensioner, my neighbor seems to think that it is my power steering pump, but it is not hard to turn the car. I just need some direction.

I need you to try a little test. Open the hood, start the engine, and take a small amount of water and pour it on the belt. Let me know if the noise goes away for a few seconds or gets worse.
