2003 Ford Explorer Will not engage transmission in drive or reverse?

Transmission problem
2003 Ford Explorer V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 36000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Drove truck to mall. Got in started put in revers to back out truck went forward. Shut engine off. Restarted, truck would not go forward or reverse. truck starts in park neutral and all drive gears but does not move. Truck is eddie bauer explorer with auto select 4wd on dashboard. truck had a transmission service at ford dealer three weeks ago.

sounds like its low on fluid
