When having the rotors changed in a rear wheel drive vehicle, do all 4 rotors get chaged and all pads or just 2? front or back? I'm also trying to figure out the right questions to ask the brake shops before I go there so I don't get over charged.

if you replace one side ie. left rear .. you should also replace right rear at same time ... if you replace front left .. then replace front right at the same time .. so there is no imbalance .. front and rear can be changed independantly of each other !!
