When you replaced the rotors the pad should be replaced too.
Make sure the caliper mounts arnt bent and are properly tightned down to the knuckle.
Next step would be make sure the wheels are properly torqued on. If that isnt it you should have a on vehicle brake lathe performed. That way it takes count of the runout with the car. Much better then off vehicle. Try new pads also.
Have you checked rear brakes? Drive fast and put on the rear brakes via the ebrake-parking brake. If vehicle vibrates problems in the rear.
