2003 Ford Explorer Can't adjust heater temperature.

When I turn the temperature control, it continues to blow hot air even when dialed all the way to cold. I recently had some work done on it because when you selected the 'floor' setting it stayed on defrost. That seems to be ok but now I can't adjust the temperature. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Sounds like you have a fault on the blend door. This should set a DTC. Diagnostic trouble code. Have the vehicles PCM (computer) read for fault codes to verify where the fault lies !
