I'm assuming that your blower motor is not coming on. If you have a test light or volt meter I would check for power at the plug in for the motor. If power is present, then you have a bad motor. If there is no power at the plug, you would need to go backwards through the wiring to determine if it is a bad resistor (which alters voltage to the motor to change the speed), a bad relay, wiring, or switch.
