If your fuel line brakes were it connects to the fuel pump can it be replaced with a rubber fuel line or will it affect fuel pressure?

I recommend replacing the line with an OEM steel line. However, you can splice a rubber hose in but you need to remember two things. First, make sure the fuel line will handle the pressure that is going to be applied to it. Second, make sure there are no leaks. You can use band clamps, but it may leak because there will be quite a bit of pressure on it.

Please keep in mind, it is steel is because of safety reasons and the pressure applied to the line. Make sure there are no leaks and the rubber hose isn't out in the open where it can be damaged.
