Ok my 94 explorer wouldnt start just clicking, so I replaced the solenoid beings I had the starter tested and they said it was fine. Now im still just getting the clicking sound but now my fuel line is catching on fire! Im on my second fuel line and it did it again when my father tried to arch the solenoid? We are replacing the starter this weekend since we tested all the wires and all seems fine. My main question is why is the fuel line frying everytime I try to start it? HELP PLEASE.

The fuel line is too close to a wire that is getting hot. This indicates that you have a short circuit in the wiring that is causing it to heat up, melt the fuel line, and ignite the fuel.
