how to change the power steering oil, and replace the cap?
The oil look like mud? What can I do?

There are products that are out there for this purpose. Where I work, we have a machine that does it. To do it at home, lift the weight off the front of the vehicle. Vacuum the fluid from the pump and refill it. Start the engine and turn the steering from left stop to right stop about 5 times. Shut the engine, vacuum the fluid and do it again until all of the old fluid is removed and it is clean again. This will take several attempts, but will eventually clean things up for you.

As I mentioned, there are products that are designed for this. Check out the parts store and ask. Follow the directions provided if they differ from mine.
