1997 Ford Explorer doors

If the doors won't open from in or outside the car, then the linkage on both must be broken or disconnected (very unusuall). You need to remove the door panels to determine what has happened. Try that and let me know what you find.

As far as the rear hatch, if you mean it won't hold itself up / open anymore, the hatch struts need replaced. You can get them at most parts stores.
