I have read your answer to someone elsr regarding brake/ABS problems - I am getting something similar: when braking for say the last foot as I am coming to a stop I getting what I suppose you could call a hissing sound + the foot pedal pulsates, the ABS light does not come on. I have put a meter on the wheel sensors and when I rotate the wheel I the meter goes up and down, which to me would suggest they are working, I have not yet checked the PCM for brake faults but before I do that any suggestions?
Thanks.
Andrew from England.

Usually turns out to be a bit of play in a wheel bearing.

There is play/float on the rear R/H drive shaft, in and out about 1.5 - 2mm. Could this be the problem?
