Cool Air/Heat will Not Blow out the vents in the front of the car. But works fine out the vents to the passenger seats in the rear. What's the problem? Potentail cost?

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If there is a leak, they won't change the direction of air flow. Check under the dash for broken or damaged hoses. With the engine running you may get lucky and hear a hissing sound from where the leak is.

Let me know what you find.
