Hello: My blower motor works fine for a while and then it shuts off. After a while it comes on again. If I leave the truck alone for a while it will come on again. Is it that the motor needs to be replaced or what?

What you need to do is check to see if there is power to the motor when it isn't working. If there is power, then the motor is most likely the problem. If there is no power, work backwards to the resister, relay, and then the switch to see where power is lost.

Let me know what you find.
