1993 Ford Explorer rear door locking mechanism

1993 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

the left side of the rear door locking mechanism the part that is attached to the body (which is like a large bolt) keeps loosening and that side of the door does not lock properly do I need to try and replace that peace and how do I remove it

If the part keeps coming loose, purchase a product called Loc Tight. Just follow the directions in the product and it won't come loose any longer.
