ok gents, I'm back (sigh) And if you would please, I need your assistance again. Prior to changing my brakes shoes when holding peddle down it would just glide right on down. Still doing the same after shoes have been replaced. If putting on quick seems to hold a bit better but like if pressing peddle before coming to stop seems to lose grip and just glides on down while I'm at a stand still. What could be the problem? And if known, could you please give me possible cost I'm going have to pay for part. Have a great day and hope to hear from you soon!

Check the adjustment of the rear shoes. If they are not properly adjusted, you will have a low pedal. Also, if the brakes seem to hold at first, and then slowly go to the floor, that is an indication of a bad master cylinder.

As far as cost goes, it is not a good practice to quote prices here on the forum for several reasons:

Prices vary from one geographical region to another. This is because of variations in local enomies as well as other factors such as transportation costs. There is also the variation in equipment from car to car. Some just cost more than others. Prices also vary from one source to another. It would generally cost more from a dealer than from a third party supplier.
