I have a 2003 Ford Expedition, 130,000 miles, 5.4liter. The a/c and heat work fine, but when I try to have it come out the front vents it does not blow. It will only blow out the defrost vents. What could the problem be?

I'm not an expert on your particular vehicle, but it could be the switch/control unit or a problem in the duct under the dashboard. There are flaps in the duct that operate to direct the airflow to the floor, defroster or vents. Some operate off of engine vacuum where a vacuum hose goes through the firewall to the duct and some operate off of small electric motor. Hope that helps a little.
