2003 Ford Expedition brakes

I just replaced front rotors and pads. now just sometimes the leftside brake makes a pop when you apply the brakes. Any replies are greatly appreciated.

pull the wheel off and get a look, may be the pads shifting in the bracket, maybe hardware mising or loose.
