A large c clamp
jack
jackstands
brake bleeder
a set of wrenches
needlenose pliers
regular pliers
punch
hammar
new rotors
new pads

that should be it :D

Be prepared to have to remove the e-brake pivots and possiblely the e-brake shoes and hardware.
