The fuel rail is on the top of the intake. Here is a how to that shows how to locate and check pressure.

Also, let me know if the check engine light has come on and if you checked for vacuum leaks.

I would like to bring up my actuator on my power lock system. When I push unlock on my transmitter remote it only unlocks the driver door. The same when I try to manually unlock the doors it would only unlock he drivers door. What should I do sir?

First, have the computer scanned to see why the check engine light is on. It will have trouble codes stored in it and most parts stores will scan it for free. Let me know what you find.

As far as the locks, is there anything you can do to make them all work? Have you checked the relay under the hood in the power distribution box?

Yes I checked the fuse box under the hood with a fuse tester and its fine. And it won't work at all when I try to unlock the other doors. I had a check on the truck and it was a 2 bad coils which I changed, tear in belt and brake lite. But the light is still on.

Have you checked the fuel pressure? Also, as far as the locks, if the driver's door lock works and the others don't, either the main switch on the door or there is a broken wire from from that swith to the others. It supplies the power.
