4.6 v8 125,000 miles, I get a whining noise when I accelerate. Never had the transmission flushed.
Any suggestions?

check under the hood and try and isolate the b\problem , like a belt or tensioner , may be a dirty belt , i can tell you how to clean it but its dangerous , and possibly the tensioner
