How can you tell if there is water in the oil? How can you fix it?

Check the oil. If coolant is mixed, chances are it will be a creamy brown color. Also, check under the filler cap.

Yes it is creamy looking under the filler cap, but the oil is not creamy looking. What can I do to prevent anything from going bad?
