Electricity?

I have a Ford Esort LX 1996 and it doesn't want to start when I turn my engine on. The lights sometimes work, sometimes don't and the automatic bels don't want to close. I can feel a lot of electricity when I touch the door and the hud. I don't know if it's because of the battery or something else. What could it be? When I turn my key to contact I can just hear a little click and that's it.

Check the battery cable first to make sure they are ok, have the battery and charging system checked. It can be done at most automtive supply stores. The electricity you say tou feel sounds like static electricity, it usually happens in cold weather when the air is dry.
