1997 Ford Escort 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The light in the gear shift bulb went out a long time ago and I need to know how to replace it. An experienced driver would know which gear is which but we are giving the car to our 16 year old for her birthday and would like to have all this fixed.

To replace that bulb you must first pull out the instrument panel. Once it's out, replacing the bulb itself is pretty straightforward..read below for removal procedures of the instrument panel..
