Hi I have a 97 escort and the cooling fan wont turn off even if the engine is cold. I have replaced the ccrm and its still having this problem what else could it be?

Hello ,

Either the fan relay or the coolant sensor is causing the problem
(see location in the diagrams,sending them to your email))
