My cooling fan runs all the time

I have 1997 ford escort 2.0. Goes off only when I disconnect the battery. Why is doing this? First; the main 100 amps went bad. I replaced then the battery went bad I CHANGED then alternator got bad I changed. Is okey now but the coolin fan now stays on all the time.

I have change the tmp zensor but did no diference and Ican not find the relay. Wehere is the located?
