i have an ford escort the blow heater, when I turn it on does not blow air out but you can feel abit off air coming out. What can it be?

Check blower motor circuit breaker and main fuse. Check blower motor operation. Check function control cable and door operation. Check for blockage and foreign material in blower and ducts. Check recirculated/fresh air control cable and door.
