Sometimes my 1994 ford escort will not start up when it is cold outside. When it does it will not idil up to get the engine warm, it just run normal without the engine idiling up. I replaced the idil control valve, vaccum lines and tps sensor. People say its my computer, how about the crank sensor and cam shaft sensor. Ialso checked the fuel pressure it showed good. Please help

May be a bad coolant temp sensor which tells the pcm how cold the engine is to make fuel/air adjustments.

Can you find what codes are in the pcm?
