sometimes my 1994 ford escort will not start up when it is cold outside . when it does it will not idil up to get the engine warm ,it just run normal without the engine idiling up . i replaced the idil control valve ,vaccum lines and tps sensor . people say its my computer , how about the crank sensor and cam shaft sensor. ialso checked the fuel pressure it showed good . please help

May be a bad coolant temp sensor which tells the pcm how cold the engine is to make fuel/air adjustments.

Can you find what codes are in the pcm?
